The Bardot gown recalls the romance of the 1940s. Hand-beaded semi-precious stones, glass beads, and sequins adorn the cuffs and waistband. The bodice features a crossover front, which is gently gathered into a blouson waist. Sheer bishop sleeves with silk-covered button cuffs float gracefully as you walk, and. The panelled skirt flares gently from the hip and has a regal train. The gown is fastened with an invisible zip at the centre back.

Size 10AU. This gown has a relaxed fit bodice, is fitted at the waist and hips and is true to size.

CONDITION

This top is in good condition. There are subtle thread pulls on the sleeve, and a small tear next to the zip. There is some staining around the armhole, though that would likely improve with dry cleaning.

FABRICATION

This top is made from pure silk chiffon. The lining is Indian satin.
