All of the designs, images, content and styling containing within this site are covered by strict copyright and held under trademark. Any unauthorised reproduction of images or designs, or breach of copyright, in whole or in part, will be referred to our legal advisors for immediate action. By accepting this notice you are accepting and are bound to comply to with the terms of this legal notice. If images are desired for print editorial or web media please contact our PR representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist you in legally sharing the beauty of Bo & Luca.
BL gowns and accessories are made from the finest silks and satins—all of our pieces are hand crafted, hand beaded and hand embroidered. Our gowns are made to order pieces and we cannot provide a refund on the deposit once the process has started.
Our hand crafted accessories are sold online—we understand that it can be a difficult choice making a purchase online so we are happy to accept return of goods for full refund (less cost of shipping) if within 7 days of customer receiving the item for change of mind. The piece must be returned to us unworn and undamaged with all BL labels attached for a full refund on the item. B&L does not cover the return freight charges on returns.
Faulty Goods and Repairs
If one of our pieces reaches you and is faulty please return this to us within 24 hours with all tags and packaging. We will do everything in our best effort to repair this piece for you. If they piece cannot be repaired we will provide you with a replacement piece.
Shipping & Deliveries
We will do everything in our best effort to ship your online order out within two working days. Due to the hand crafted nature of our accessories lead times may very on certain pieces. We will notify you by email if we cannot proceed with your purchase the following day. We use a door-to-door delivery service.
Shipping costs vary for the different items on our online store. These costs are based on the weight and dimensions of your purchase as well as your location. Please see shipping costs as calculated at checkout.
International delivery times may vary for different countries. We will endeavour to ship your purchase within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. Most International deliveries can be expected within 2-5 working days after dispatch and depending on your location. Please note that delivery time is also affected by the time it takes for customs to clear your parcel.
We do ship our pieces to our international clientele. All pricing is in Australian dollars.
Shipping to destinations outside of Australia is processed through an international customs port into the country of shipment. We will add a commercial invoice to your shipment to make this process easier for customs in your country. Clearance of the item will be processed and may have import duties or custom taxes applied. Payment of these duties and taxes are necessary to proceed with importation. These taxes or importation duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid in order to release your shipment. Duties and taxes vary for different countries. Please contact your local tax department for confirmation of tax levies.
The B&L studio is by appointment only. The studio is open for appointments for first time fittings and or alterations from Wednesday to Saturday 9am – 5pm. We love to give our clients our full attention and offer you a one-hour consultation when trying on our wedding gowns. Please email us on email@example.com to make an appointment.

Bo & Luca // T E M P L E by Bo & Luca wedding gowns and separates are ‘made to order’ items and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Bo & Luca Jewellery
We do not offer returns on our Bo & Luca earrings due to hygiene reasons. We are however on hand to answer any questions that you may have in regards to size and scale and colour.
Bo & Luca Accessories
Our hand crafted accessories are sold online. We understand that it can be a difficult choice making a purchase online so we are happy to accept return of goods for a full refund (less cost of shipping plus any service fee associated with the purchase, i.e : paypal fee, credit card fees) if within 7 days of customer receiving the item. The piece must be returned to us unworn and undamaged with all B&L labels attached for a full refund on the item. B&L does not cover the return freight charges on returns.
B&L does not accept responsibility for missing parcels once the piece has been shipped out from our studio. When returning an item to us for a refund please make sure to have a signature on delivery receipt as B&L take no responsibility for returned parcels that go missing in the post.
