Shipping policy

For international orders, we ship our bridalwear via Australia Post (Standard) at a flat rate of $70AUD. We also offer shipping via DHL (Express) Internationally at a flat rate of $120AUD. We charge a flat rate of $40AUD for all jewellery and accessories.

For US, we ship our bridalwear via DHL (standard) at a flat rate of $80AUD.

Please note that all international orders are tax-exclusive and may be subject to levies and duties according to the customs regulations of your country.

We ship through Australia Post for all of our local brides. For all bridal gowns and separates, we charge a flat rate of $40AUD. For all jewellery and accessories, we charge a flat rate of $15AUD. Please note that all Australian orders are tax-inclusive and will not incur any additional fees.

For items that are in stock, we normally dispatch within two (2) working days after receipt of payment. This includes jewellery, headpieces, handbags and outlet pieces. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our accessories, lead times may vary on certain made-to-order pieces. We will notify you by email if we cannot proceed with sending out your purchase on the following day.

Most local deliveries can be expected within 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Most International deliveries can be expected within 4-8 working days after dispatch (Express), and 10-18 days after dispatch (Standard), depending on your location. Please note that customs clearances can affect delivery times and that Bo & Luca are not responsible for any delay caused by customs or delivery strikes.
