Harper Gown

The Harper Gown is a divine couture creation. Inspired by our iconic Dallas Gown, the entire surface is meticulously hand-beaded in sprays of flowers, in shades of ivory and pale gold. Rendered in glass beads and sequins, the centre of each flower is accented with a cluster of faux pearls. The V-neck bodice is lined at the front with a dainty silk camisole. The open back is sheer, and delicate rouleau ties finished with handmade silk petals secure the shoulder. A bold hand-beaded band encircles the waist, and the diaphanous A-line skirt sweeps the floor, spreading into a graceful train. It is fastened at the centre back with an invisible zip.

Each Bo & Luca piece is carefully hand-beaded in India by artisans who are trained in the traditional art of tambour embroidery. Our silk is hand-dyed in loose-leaf white tea, which creates a characteristic soft ivory hue. All Bo & Luca gowns are made to order, and take 3-6 months to create.

The Harper Gown has a fitted bodice. The skirt is fitted to the hip and is true to size.

This gown is made from Italian tulle and lined in pure silk chiffon.
